Today is opening day for Bobcat and fisher trapping in VT. Wish I had time to make some sets. Bobcat is only 16 days long. Dave |

Mighty short season in your cats. Ours opens tomorrow (dec 1) but don't have many here were I live. A little further south they catch them but I have heard from the fed trappers we get to much snow. Have a few fishers around but no season on them. Good luck hope you get some time and steel out. I have not caught any cats but shot one big old female (36lbs ) down in CO when I lived there. Got her on the wall. Jon

Cat opens on the fifteenth here. Hoping to try and get some myself but if it is anything like the rest of my season I will strike out.
