So I was curious as to what everyone's favorite muskrat trap was? Mine so far out of all that I have used is the Victor # 1 1/2 LS and the # 1 LS. I really think that these two traps shine well for muskrats. The ones I am kinda iffy about myself is the duke 1.5 CS. So what do you like and why?

I think i have them all. The best for me by far is the Colony trap.
Faster, Easier, No bate, and cheap to make.

I use #1 LS Vic's mostly and 110s were I can. I got a few #1 coils but they seem to ring out unless I can get the to drown quickly. Got a new place this season and running 4doz #1s and if I can find runs going to use my 110s and 120s. My dad used colony all over NE and swears by them. I used them in CO but they didn't make the trip when I moved.

The colony traps are easy to make and worth the time.
