Homemade baits and lures?

Any body make their own baits/ lure? I play with some every now and then but haven't tried it hard and heavy yet. So far I have made up some ground fish/ anis oil , fresh ground mice, and save and grind my own castor. I did save skunk quill from a few I caught last year but haven't mixed it with anything yet. Wanting to work up some more this winter after trapping is done so hoping it will be ready for next season. Anyone got any that they make up or want to share the recipe. Jon

i am trying my hand at a couple baits. first is ground muskrat. and then tainted carp and bullheads chunks. I tainted the fish for a month and then put some stuff i got off fnt in it to stop the taint. have yet to use them but plan on it
